Eating All Day? Stop it Fast!

Some teenagers have problems with their weight because stress produces eating disorders; the most popular it’s to be eating all day long.

The problem here it does when a person eats all day, the body doesn’t burn all the calories and the fat can grow very fast.

But stress is not the only cause for that, believe it or not if your body has low levels of any B vitamin that can cause this problem.

The body requires all the B vitamins on the system if just one it’s low, you will feel the necessity to be eating during all day long.

You know, it’s like you have in your mind “I need to eat something” but you really don’t know what exactly!

When your body is plenty of the B vitamins you can stop this problem fast and loose weight faster.

Why these vitamins are so important? B vitamins are key players in DNA synthesis, the central nervous system, metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and protein and energy production.

If you have an inadequate amounts of B6, B12, foliate, thiamin and niacin in your system can leave you feeling depressed and fatigued, but that’s not all… also slow the body’s metabolism and increase your risk for chronic diseases.

Get the bulk of your B’s from food, where they pair up with other vitamins and minerals for a complete synergy of action. Foods high in the B’s include: spinach, asparagus, beans (navy, soy, and black beans), melon, broccoli, fish, poultry and eggs.

Of course it’s so much better to eat all the food, but it’s a good idea to include some B vitamin pills on your daily diet.
