Curious asked: Who decides fashion trends? It seems suspect that all designers just “know” that the layered look, for instance, will be “in” this year, and that gray or black is the “it” color. Surely there must be some sort of body/committe (?) that decides what will be in andwhat won’t and gives designers direction.
